Optional website analytics

With your permission, InsightAI uses Google Analytics 4 to understand public page visits, sources and campaigns, approximate country and region, device and browser types, and interaction with links and page content. Analytics cookies distinguish browsers and sessions. They last up to 180 days in this configuration. We keep your analytics preference in this browser until you change it or clear site storage.

Google processes analytics data on its infrastructure, which may be outside your country. Google receives your IP address to derive approximate geography; Google states that Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. We do not request precise location, use session recording or fingerprinting, or enable advertising personalization or Google Signals. We do not send your name, email, enquiry contents, passwords, tokens, or private product files to Analytics.

Allow, decline or withdraw

The Google tag loads only after you allow analytics. Declining keeps it off. Use “Analytics privacy settings” at the bottom of any page to change your choice. Withdrawal stops collection and removes this website’s Analytics cookies. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences also prevent collection. If you clear browser storage, you will be asked again. Declining does not affect the website’s features.

How Google uses information from sites that use its services

Enquiries and access

The enquiry form prepares an email draft in your browser. It does not send or store enquiries on this website. Sending is handled by your email app after your review. Analytics reports are restricted to authorized administrators in Google Analytics and are not published on this website.

Private manuscript workspace

The workspace uses essential session cookies for authentication and CSRF protection, without public-page analytics. Uploaded manuscripts, extracted text, review history and reports are stored in private server storage and protected backups. Your files and reports are available to your account; the primary administrator manages accounts, credits and operational review status. Starting a review requires explicit consent to send manuscript text to the configured OpenRouter AI service. Do not submit material unless you are authorized to share it. AI output can contain errors and needs author verification.

Current account and report history is retained until an administrator handles a retention or deletion request. Backups may retain earlier copies. Contact InsightAI to discuss access, correction or deletion; there is currently no automatic deletion schedule. The access page describes credits and available account access. Email recovery, when enabled, uses an expiring single-use link; your password remains unchanged unless you complete a reset.
